EHS Form 6 - Close Task

This is the 6th and final form in the EHS Task sequence. This is the screen that the EHS Task creator will see if they decided that a EHS Task needs to be verified and after the verification task has been performed by the auditor verifier.

Closure Comments This is where the task creator can comment on the Verification Comments and provide request for additional information if necessary.

When the Creator clicks the button to Close EHS Task the task Closure Comments section is updated, the Task Status is changed to closed and emails are sent to the Creator the verifier and to the Assignee.

When the Do Not Close EHS Task button is clicked the task status is not changed and an email is sent to the assignee indicating "An EHS Task assigned to you has not been closed. Please see the Verification and Closure Comments section of the Task for further instructions.
