CPAR Form 7 - CPAR Closure

This is the 7th and final form in the CPAR sequence. This is the screen that the Task Creator will see when they open an email after the Verifying Auditor has has reviewed the corrective action effectiveness.

Closure Comments This is where the task creator can comment on the Verification Comments and provide request for additional information if necessary.

If the Task Creator clicks the Close CPAR button an email is sent to the Assignee and the Auditor. The Task Status should automatically change to Closed. If the Creator clicks the CPAR Not Closed button there should be no change in status to the CPAR Task and an email should be sent to the assignees and the auditor indicating a CPAR Task assigned to you could not be closed. Please review the Closure Comment section for further required action..
