This one day course is designed to teach quality and environmental management system professionals the fundamentals of using the DMAIC project management process to systematically recover wasted profits that also have an environmental impact.

The instructors for this course are all seasoned environmental management system professionals (RAB certified EMS-LA) and have lead numerous third party certifications for registrars throughout the world.

This Course Includes

 This course will provide information to help attendees effectively manage environmental improvement projects.  Students will learn to apply the DMAIC project sequence to help improve an organizations environmental performance and save cost.  With this course attendees will receive a  work book with tools to help promote the successful out come of projects that have the objectives of saving money for the organization and improving an organizations environmental performance.

ENVIRO-LEAN® Background
